We have made a major commitment to training. Atmosphere training, customer service training; team work training; product handling; restroom cleaning; detail cleaning; MSDS: beyond compliance; carpet care; safety; blood borne pathogens; glass cleaning; floor care; suite cleaning; supervisor training, etc.
Our philosophy on training supervisors and employees for custodial services at properties can be summed up in two words -- "hands on". Our focus is on understanding the complexities and dynamics that take place and how to manage a cleaning operation within a particular environment.
Quality Inspections
BEI is committed to being a Total Quality Management (TQM) corporation. We utilize the following components in developing our quality program. Goals and action plans are set and we are consistently researching improvement options.
Measurement
All levels of management are involved in the inspection and identification of issues.
Inspection System
It is our philosophy that consistency by our staff members in the performance of their duties is a number one priority. This consistency allows us to fulfill our obligations to our clients. BEI has always felt that Quality Assurance is a very integral part of our operations.
Deficiency Correction
Inspections are conducted and any deficiencies found during inspections are listed on the report and corrected by assigning the employee of an area the deficiencies to be corrected.

Techniques
Matching surfaces with cleaning chemicals, waxes and polishes requires experience. We utilize our suppliers to support our training and keep us abreast of new and innovative products and equipment.
